Lou Ann works closely with the Planners and Investment Director to translate recommended actions from financial plans and summaries into paperwork to initiate and update the client’s investment strategy. She opens and closes accounts and submits asset transfer requests, monitoring the progress of paperwork on behalf of the planners and clients. Once accounts are established, she handles maintenance, as well as deposits and withdrawals. She communicates with clients to keep them updated and handles inquiries related to their accounts.

 

Lou Ann joined SMY in 2004, yet has over 20 years experience in financial service operations. She is a FINRA Series 7 registered representative and a licensed insurance agent for accident & health, life and variable annuity products.

 

Lou Ann received a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from The Ohio State University.
